Our Monthly Meetings are held at the Sutton Green Golf Club where members gather, from 11:45am in the bar area, for a pre-dinner drink/discussions. At 12:30pm we all sit down in the Dining Room for a two course lunch followed by coffee. We then finish with an illustrated talk on a variety of interesting topics by invited speakers, followed by questions from the floor.
The meeting closes about 3:00pm.
The charge for a two course luncheon is currently £20, exluding drinks from the bar…. Dress code is Jacket & Tie.
NOTE: Following advice given by Public Health England re the Coronavirus, we have reluctantly decided to cancel the Probus Lunch/Meetings at Sutton Green GC until the New Year. However where possible we will arrange for Meetings to be held via Zoom and the Committee will keep members informed. See your new Handbook for details.
Note: When Lunches are cancelled the Speaker may still give his talk via Zoom (1:15pm for 1:30pm start)
